PLUTO is a modular, Godunov-type code for the solution of supersonic flows in 1, 2, and 3 spatial
dimensions and different systems of coordinates. The modular structure exploits a general framework
for integrating a system of conservation laws, built on modern shock-capturing schemes.
The aim of the talk is to present features and recent progresses developed for the relativistic MHD module.
Attention is given to a number of different topics, namely: the role of the equation of state, the available
Riemann solvers and strategies to enforce the solenoidal condition. Finally, recent advances with the CHOMBO
Adaptive Mesh Refinement (AMR) library are also discussed.
